VISION To create safe enviroments and educational programs that will provide the necessary support and tools to teens/ young adults while they transition from dependency to independecy. To help each resident develop life strategies that focus on enhanncing their relationships, better self-esteem, and develop short and long term career goals.

Transitional Housing True Transition's new program provides young adults with the opportunity to gain confidence and skills through a mentor relationship with other young adults and experienced social workers. Based on college dorm models this program will bridge dependency with independency. Our program is a supervised program with staff on site to assist with the day to day challenges of being an adult. |
